Wandering For Good

For a long time I’ve been wanderingzito, the girl perpetually on the move who has been writing about her adventures and life here, albeit inconsistently, and even before that over here.

But the truth is, things change after nearly 20 years of wandering. First, you inevitably get older, and second, you get smarter about what you’re really wandering about.

I started wandering on 012693, and have had an absolutely amazing time in my process of seeing well over 100 countries and counting in the past 19 years.

But, I’ve decided that it’s time for a change, because I’m not just wandering for myself anymore.

Yes, I still want to see the world. Even after many worn through backpacks and frayed passports I still loving going new places. But more than ever before, I don’t just want to see the world. I want to see the world changed.

And most of all, I want the whole world changing thing to be one great big adventure for all of us.

That’s why I’m moving my world over here to wanderingforgood.com. I’m committed to be more intentional with my wanderings and more intentional with my writing about it as we build a community of people who want to see the world, change the world and have fun doing it!

I’ll hope you’ll join me here, and if you want to make sure you don’t miss anything, be sure to subscribe.

Beautoful! It’s refreshing to see that there are folks out there like you that will keep the wandering spirit alive for life!

This isn’t a phase. When people tell me it’s good to get it out of your system now, while I’m young, etc, I feel a part of my heart cries a bit. For them.

Thank you for being a pusher!

Thanks for coming by and being the very first to comment on my new site! Cheers to your wandering spirit- hope you don’t get it out of your system :)

  2. That a wonderful outlook, Stephanie: wanting to see the world changed. Us travelers need to take a more active role in the world.

Applied for teaching jobs overseas so I could wander and explore. But now am finding it is not enough. Still want to wander and explore but in a more meaningful way. After this gig we plan to find something where we can make more of a difference. You have a good soul Stephanie and are on a good direction. Thanks for the thoughts.
